The watch has much simpler function(s) than its pretty complicated title and must not be taken as hints towards any complicated nature. It is an underwater/extreme-weather watch, and hence deserves the tool appellation more than its Dive epithet. Citizen’s functional watch line is designed to fulfill purposes first; everything else comes later. By luck, this one didn’t get its aesthetics bent much to give features room. A functional dive instrument primarily, but not without the necessary flash in solid proportions. It’s a definite and imposing presence owed doubly to the metal.
