ICE OLA Candy White Small Quartz 014426 Children’s Watch

When it was time for our little Annie to enter grade 3 at the Dwight School in New York, I thought it was time she had a watch. If we told her that her dad or her mom would reach her school in 20 minutes or whatever, she should be able to know exactly when one of us would be there and the best way for that would be for her to have her own watch. It had a white dial with pink Arabic numerals, pink hands and a pink circle around the dial. Pink belts on the strap completed the ensemble. The watch was analog and was powered by a quartz movement. The Arabic numerals were important so she would not get confused while reading the time.

It had a mineral crystal which was also important as kids tend today play rough and the watch would quickly accumulate scratches. The mineral crystal would help keep it safe. The amazing 100M water resistance was a big bonus as Annie was also due to start her swimming lessons this year. The watch arrived a few days later with its instruction booklet and an international warranty. I presented the box to our Annie and she loved it right away – even wears it when sleeping.
